    ​@dittman To the best of my knowledge we have integrated it into LiveNX and I believe there is a version called LiveNX Assurance. Let me know if this page helps: https://www.liveaction.com/products/livenx-assurance/

    It seems that LiveAction and LiveNX Assurance would complement the monitoring with BCIA, so having it all in one product or at least one dashboard would be ideal.

      ​@dittman Indeed LiveNX and BCIA are very synergistic. We’ve a roadmap to converge the two platforms. Taking LiveNX network centric and BCIA device centric approach to deliver a comprehensive monitoring solution for your DDI, network and security infrastructure. Let me know if you’re interested to learn more about the convergence plan.
